Does it work on any device?

Yes, no app installation required. The customer's camera scans the QR or accesses via direct link (menuanimado.com/your-business) and opens the menu in the browser instantly.

Can I choose my link name?

Yes. Your menu gets its own professional address: yourbusiness.menuanimado.com (menuanimado.com/yourbusiness also works). Choose any name and change it anytime from the admin panel.

Can I add photos of my products?

Absolutely. Menus with photos sell up to 30% more. You can upload high-quality images for each item. Common products (drinks, packaged, fruit…) come free from our gallery — if one is missing, request it from your account and we add it at no charge.

Can I use it as a menu only, without orders or payments?

Your menu adapts to how you work: use it as a menu only, enable the cart to receive WhatsApp orders, or add online payments with Mercado Pago (Argentina). Turn each option on or off anytime, without changing anything.

Is there a product limit?

In the Premium plan you can have up to 1000 products. You can organize your menu by categories (Starters, Main Courses, Beverages) without restrictions.

How do I receive orders?

Orders arrive via WhatsApp, phone call, or your preferred method, with all the details (products, quantities, options, address and total). They are also recorded in your orders panel — both WhatsApp and online-paid ones — so you handle everything in one place. And if you enable Mercado Pago payments (Argentina), your customer tracks the status in real time.

How do I start creating my menu?

Create your free account and choose: send us your menu (a link or a photo) and we load it with your photos adapted, or build it yourself from the panel. Before deciding, you can try the editor with a sample menu.

Why do some images appear without background?

Accepted Answer

Some designs show products 'floating' without a rectangular background: it looks cleaner. When you subscribe we get your photos ready for that, up to 25, at no cost.

How do I get images with transparent backgrounds?

Three ways: use our free transparent images of common products (drinks and more); if we load your menu, we adapt your photos at no cost; and with Premium, photos for the products you add are included, 5 at a time.

Yes, you can change the design at any time from the admin panel.

What can I configure from the panel?

From the admin panel you can manage your entire menu: categories, products, prices, images, contact methods, delivery options, and customize the design. Changes are reflected instantly.

What are free images?

A free gallery of common products — soft drinks, water, packaged goods, fruit… You use them directly in your menu without taking photos. If one is missing, request it from your account and we add it at no charge.

Can my customers pay online?

Accepted Answer

Yes. In Argentina you can enable Mercado Pago payments: customers pay for the order online and the money goes straight to your account. You also get a panel with all your orders, and your customer tracks theirs in real time (received, preparing, on the way, delivered).

Do you charge commissions on orders?

Accepted Answer

WhatsApp orders have no commission at all. If you enable online payments with Mercado Pago, we only charge 1% per order paid online (delivery apps charge 10-30%), plus Mercado Pago's standard processing fee. The orders panel handles both: the ones paid online and the ones that reach you on WhatsApp.

Do my customers need an account or Mercado Pago?

No. Your customers order with just their name — no sign-up, nothing to download. And if they pay online, they can pay by card as guests — no Mercado Pago account needed.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Tell us where your menu is, we leave it loaded with your photos adapted, and from there you get 14 days of Premium with no card: every design, the cart and your own link. When you subscribe, it stays that way. And if you prefer to build the menu yourself, you also get 14 free days: activate Premium with your card and the first charge is on day 14.

What happens when the 14 days end?

If you do not activate Premium, your menu stays online on the free plan: basic design, no photos or cart, up to 50 products. Nothing is charged — the trial never asks for a card.
